Key Details:
4-day working week
1 in 3 Saturdays
No Sundays or out-of-hours
Stable, long-standing team with several staff members having been with the practice for over 20 years
Potential partnership opportunity for the right candidate
The successful candidate will take on a pivotal leadership position within the clinical team, with the support of an experienced Practice Manager and Practice Owners handling wider management responsibilities. This allows the Lead Vet to remain clinically focused while still playing a key role in mentoring and developing the team.
This position would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with experience leading or supporting a clinical team, who enjoys mentoring colleagues and managing more complex cases. The Lead Vet will work closely with the practice owners to introduce innovative ideas, enhance clinical standards, and drive the practice forward.

Salary up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)
