    About This Role

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well-established, multi-site practice group in Surrey on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

    This is a rare chance to step into a senior leadership role across multiple practices, combining hands-on clinical work with strategic and operational responsibility.

    The Role

    • Salary from £40,000 DOE

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week

    • Monday–Friday only

    • No weekends or out-of-hours

    • 12-month maternity cover

    You will split your time between clinical work and leadership responsibilities:

    • 3 days clinical across multiple sites

    • 2 days leadership/admin (flexible depending on experience)

    This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with nursing teams while shaping standards, processes, and overall clinical delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop nursing teams across multiple practices

    • Maintain and improve clinical standards and patient care

    • Mentor and support nurses at all stages of their careers

    • Contribute to operational and strategic decision-making

    • Support day-to-day running of practices and team performance

    About You

    • Experienced Head/Lead Nurse ready for a multi-site leadership role

    • Confident in mentoring, coaching, and team development

    • Strong clinical background with a hands-on approach

    • Comfortable contributing to wider business and leadership discussions
