An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well-established, multi-site practice group in Surrey on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a rare chance to step into a senior leadership role across multiple practices, combining hands-on clinical work with strategic and operational responsibility.

The Role

Salary from £40,000 DOE
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday only
No weekends or out-of-hours
12-month maternity cover

You will split your time between clinical work and leadership responsibilities:

3 days clinical across multiple sites
2 days leadership/admin (flexible depending on experience)

This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with nursing teams while shaping standards, processes, and overall clinical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop nursing teams across multiple practices
Maintain and improve clinical standards and patient care
Mentor and support nurses at all stages of their careers
Contribute to operational and strategic decision-making
Support day-to-day running of practices and team performance

About You

Experienced Head/Lead Nurse ready for a multi-site leadership role
Confident in mentoring, coaching, and team development
Strong clinical background with a hands-on approach
Comfortable contributing to wider business and leadership discussions
