Deputy Head Vet – Shefield – Up to £70,000
We’re looking for a Deputy Head Vet with 3+ years’ UK GP experience who is passionate about exceptional clinical care and developing those around them.

Working alongside the Head Vet, you’ll help drive clinical excellence, mentor colleagues and shape the future of the surgery, while continuing to enjoy hands-on first-opinion medicine and surgery.
You will:
· Deliver outstanding preventative healthcare
· Diagnose and treat sick and injured pets
· Support the Head Vet in leading the clinical team
· Mentor, coach and develop fellow vets
· Help maintain and improve clinical standards
· Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
· Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
We’re looking for someone who is confident, collaborative and passionate about developing others, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Working pattern
· Ideally 4 set days per week
· 1 in 4 weekend rotation
