About the Opportunity
Our Client is a well‑established, multi‑branch mixed practice serving many areas. They’re searching for an inspiring, MRCVS registered, Equine & Farm Clinical Director to guide and develop the equine and farm animal team. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands‑on clinical work with strategic leadership, supported by an experienced practice structure yet with the empowerment to shape the service in a way that reflects your vision.

You will:
Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm vets
Drive business development and uphold service quality within the Equine and Farm department
Foster a positive, forward‑thinking culture where people can thrive
Work closely with the Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for wider practice leadership
Enjoy the autonomy to innovate, expand and enhance the services you provide
