    About This Role

    My client is a well-established, independent small animal practice in the West Midlands, with over 40 years of providing exceptional care to the local community. They are now looking to welcome a dedicated RVN to their friendly and supportive team.

     

    The practice has a strong team structure, including 8 vets, 10 RVNs, along with an experienced reception and administrative team. They pride themselves on creating a positive, collaborative environment where high clinical standards and team support are at the heart of everything they do.

     

    The Role

    This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across 4 days, offering an excellent work-life balance. The rota is provided 12 weeks in advance and includes a variety of shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm, such as ops shifts (8:00am – 4:30pm) and consult shifts (9:00am – 7:00pm).

     

    There is a shared Saturday morning rota of 1 in 7 (8:30am – 12:00pm), with additional pay provided. There are no out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements.

    The salary for this role is £30,588.48 per annum.
