My client is a well-established, independent small animal practice based in the West Midlands, currently seeking an experienced RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.
The Role
Full-time hours are 40 per week across 5 days
1 in 2 Saturday mornings (8:30am – 12:00pm)
No out-of-hours requirements
Part-time applications welcomed
They are passionate about delivering high-quality, affordable veterinary care, with compassion and empathy at the core of everything they do. They pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment where both patients and team members can thrive.
This is a genuinely flexible opportunity, with the role tailored to suit the successful candidate’s interests and career goals. My client anticipates a varied and busy caseload with a strong surgical focus, making this an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to develop their surgical skills or work towards a certificate. However, they are equally open to shaping the role around a consult-only or more balanced caseload if preferred.
My client operates from modern, well-equipped facilities, including in-house IDEXX laboratory machines, digital x-ray, ultrasound and microscopy. They also have plans to further expand their diagnostic capabilities as the practice continues to grow.
