My client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step into a leadership-focused role within a progressive and supportive practice.
This position offers the chance to play a key role within an established, RCVS-accredited practice, supporting the Clinical Director while helping to drive clinical standards, team development and overall service delivery. The Role:
This is a full-time position working a 38-hour week, typically across a 4-day week Monday to Friday, with a small contribution to the weekend rota (averaging approximately 2 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a high standard of clinical care across a varied caseload
Supporting and deputising for the Clinical Director when required
Promoting and maintaining excellent clinical standards across the team
Contributing to clinical governance and service development
Supporting and mentoring colleagues to aid their professional growth
Managing workload effectively and contributing to a collaborative working environment
Handling client queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
