My client is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and well-established team in Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet looking to combine a rewarding clinical role with an exceptional coastal lifestyle.

This is a full-time position working across a 4-day week, offering an excellent work-life balance. The role includes a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota, with no out-of-hours requirements, ensuring evenings and weekends are largely free.
There is also flexibility within the role, including the opportunity to work across multiple nearby sites if desired, providing additional variety and clinical exposure.
The caseload is varied, allowing the successful candidate to develop their skills across a broad range of medical and surgical cases. The practice actively supports professional development, including CPD and further certifications.
They are a close-knit and supportive team made up of Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, and student nurses, all working together to deliver a high standard of care. They have built a positive and collaborative working environment where team members are encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

A qualified and registered Veterinary Surgeon
Confident managing a varied small animal caseload
A team player with a positive and proactive approach
Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
