My client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Clinical Lead position within a well-established, forward-thinking practice in Staffordshire.
They are entering an exciting phase, with a significant refurbishment and rebrand on the horizon. This is a fantastic time to join and have real input into the future of the practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with the practice owners and management team, leading a strong and supportive clinical team while maintaining a hands-on clinical role. They’re looking for someone confident in managing more complex medical and surgical cases, who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and contributing ideas to enhance clinical standards and overall performance.
The team itself is stable and experienced, with several members having been with the practice for over 20 years. You’ll be supported by multiple Vets, experienced Nurses, dedicated reception staff and a strong management structure, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership without being overwhelmed by day-to-day admin.
The Role:
Clinical Lead position with real autonomy
4-day week
1 in 3 Saturdays
No Sundays
No OOH
Strong focus on mentoring and clinical standards
Opportunity to help shape the practice during refurbishment and growth
What’s on Offer:
Salary up to £80,000 (FTE, DOE)
Funded CPD, including support for management or advanced clinical qualifications
Professional fees fully covered
Twice yearly salary reviews
