Our client in North West London is currently seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, or an experienced RVN ready to step into a senior leadership position, to join their friendly and progressive small animal practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys leading by example, supporting student development, running nurse clinics and remaining hands-on clinically within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Role Details
• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu
• No out-of-hours
• Salary up to £40,000 pro rata (DOE)
• Flexible rota options available
The Role
You will play a key leadership role within the practice, working closely with the Head Vet and Practice Manager to support team development and maintain high clinical standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Clinical coaching and student support
• Nurse clinics including obesity, diabetic and behavioural consults
• Schedule 3 procedures including dental scale and polish
• Supporting day-to-day nursing operations
• Contributing to ongoing practice development
Clinical coach training and support can be provided for candidates wishing to develop in this area.

You will be joining a well-established, purpose-built practice with modern facilities including in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital radiography and species-specific kennelling.
