Head Vet – Teddington – Up to £75,000

You’ll lead a modern, fully equipped surgery and have real influence over clinical standards, team culture and the direction of the practice.

You will:

·       Lead, inspire and develop the clinical team

·       Set and maintain high standards of clinical governance

·       Deliver excellent first-opinion medicine and surgery

·       Mentor and support colleagues

·       Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

·       Help shape the culture, standards and success of the practice

·       This is a hands-on leadership role, combining clinical work with genuine responsibility and influence.

We’re looking for a Vet who:

·       Has strong all-round GP experience

·       Enjoys leading, mentoring and developing others

·       Is passionate about high-quality patient care

·       Communicates confidently and builds trust

·       Wants to take ownership and make the practice their own

Working pattern

·       4 days per week, 9-hour shifts

·       1 in 4 weekends

·       Average 39 hours per week

·       Dedicated admin time built into every shift
