Head Veterinary Nurse – Barnsley | Full-Time | Permanent
Our client in Barnsley is currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Nurse to lead their nursing team within a modern, well-equipped veterinary practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident RVN looking to step into a leadership role and play a key part in driving high clinical standards and team development.
Role details:
• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Four-day working week
• Nine-hour shifts
• 1 in 4 weekends
• Duty nights on a rota basis
• Salary £33,000–£40,000 DOE
The ideal candidate will have a good level of clinical experience and be confident, organised and proactive. You will play a central role in supporting the development of RVNs, students and VCAs, while maintaining excellent standards of patient and client care.
