Ready to combine your passion for surgery with clinical leadership?

Join PDSA Margate’s small, dedicated team in a hands-on clinical role where you can make a real difference to the care we provide.

You’ll work with a surgically biased caseload, taking a practical, evidence-based approach to finding the best treatment options for pets and their owners. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you’ll support and develop the Veterinary Surgeon team, share your expertise and help maintain high clinical standards across the hospital.

This opportunity could suit an established Lead Vet or an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step into leadership. You’ll need at least three years’ post-qualification experience, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Flexible working arrangements are available, including consideration of part-time hours. Relocation support and visa sponsorship may also be available.
