Are you a passionate Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice that genuinely invests in its people and prioritises work-life balance?
My client, a growing and well-established small animal practice in Lanarkshire, is looking to expand their veterinary team due to continued growth. They’re proud of their collaborative culture and flexible approach to working, offering hours that can be tailored around your lifestyle and personal commitments.
Their clients and patients are at the heart of everything they do, and they’re keen to welcome a vet who shares the same values and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality care.
They’re able to support vets at all stages of their career, whether you’re recently graduated or highly experienced. You’ll be joining a genuinely inclusive environment where your voice matters and clinical discussions are encouraged.
The practice is based in Lanarkshire, offering the best of both worlds – access to stunning countryside, waterfalls, lochs and woodland walks, with city links also within easy reach for those who enjoy a busier pace.
You’ll be working in an RCVS-accredited, well-equipped practice with facilities including laser therapy, video endoscopy, ultrasound and digital x-ray, supporting a varied and interesting caseload.
They have a strong, experienced nursing team, regular nurse-led clinics and 24/7 nurse cover.
You’ll be part of a large and diverse vet team, ranging from newly qualified to certificate holders, with a real emphasis on teamwork, learning and shared clinical discussions.
The practice covers its own on-call, but this is kept to a minimum at 1 in 11 weeks, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Experienced vets should be comfortable with sole charge when on-call, with support available for less experienced colleagues.
Recent internal surveys have resulted in recognised workplace awards, reflecting strong colleague satisfaction and a positive working culture.
