Lacey’s client, a thriving small animal practice in London, is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and growing team on a full-time basis.

About the Practice
The practice is modern, spacious and purpose-built to a high standard, offering an excellent clinical environment. Facilities include digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, dental suite with X-ray, tonometry, and advanced surgical equipment.
The team is well-established and collaborative, with a strong focus on high clinical standards and continuous development. Several team members hold certificates in areas such as ophthalmology and small animal medicine, and regular in-house training is encouraged. The practice benefits from a varied and interesting caseload, providing great opportunities for further clinical progression.
The Role
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota and no out-of-hours commitment, supporting a healthy work–life balance.
The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 18 months UK experience
Be confident with routine consultations and surgery
Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
Enjoy working as part of a supportive, team-focused environment
Be keen to continue developing clinically
The Package
Salary £45,000 – £70,000 DOE (FTE)
