Small Animal Practice – Portsmouth
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE | Full Time: 39 hours | 1 in 4 weekends
Lacey’s client, a well-established Small Animal practice in Portsmouth, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the clinical team, providing high-quality veterinary care while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering preventative healthcare and routine consultations
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
Managing cases with continuity and clear treatment plans
Promoting pet wellbeing and early diagnostics
Working collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical team members
The role is full time (39 hours) and includes a 1 in 4 weekend rota.
The practice is ideally looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with 3+ years’ experience, including at least one year working in UK practice.

You’ll be working in a purpose-built, spacious veterinary practice equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities.
