Based in Exmouth, this full-time permanent role offers hybrid working following probation. We will also consider fully remote working for experienced veterinary recruitment professionals.

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
You'll be speaking with veterinary professionals and practices across the UK, helping to match great people with great opportunities while delivering an outstanding level of service.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets and working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
A confident communicator with excellent telephone and written communication skills
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results
Passionate about building long-term relationships
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
Experienced in sales, business development or recruitment
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. However, experience within veterinary recruitment would be highly advantageous.
