Looking for a nursing role where you can develop your skills, feel genuinely valued and be part of a supportive team?

Whether you’re an experienced RVN looking for a fresh challenge or a newly qualified nurse ready to start your career, this is an opportunity to grow within a team that puts its people first.

    • Developing specialist clinical interests

    • Delivering excellent patient care and client support

You’ll be joining a clinical team of 14 vets and 14 RVNs, supported by three GP-trained Clinical Lead Vets and three Clinical Coach RVNs.

A culture that puts people first

The team believes in treating colleagues with respect, supporting one another and communicating openly. There’s a strong emphasis on teamwork, a positive working environment and recognising that everyone has different needs outside work.

Rotas and benefits can be tailored to individual circumstances, helping you find an arrangement that works for you.

    • Salary up to £36,000, depending on experience

    • Welcome bonus and relocation bonus available for direct applicants

    • Flexible working, with full-time hours available across a minimum of three days per week

    • One in four Saturday rota
