Our client is currently recruiting a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their growing team on a permanent, multi-site basis, supporting clinics across South West London, Central London, South London and Surrey due to service growth and increasing caseloads.
This is a single RVN opportunity offering variety, flexibility and development, with the chance to work across different clinical environments depending on your location, experience and preferences.
Locations Covered
South West, Central, South & North London
Surrey
You would not be expected to cover excessive distances — rotas are planned sensibly based on accessibility and role type.
Role Overview
This role would suit an RVN who enjoys hands-on nursing, remains calm under pressure and values working as part of a supportive, forward-thinking team. Opportunities are available across first-opinion practice and hospital-level/ECC work, depending on experience and interest.
Hospital / ECC Option
For nurses interested in emergency and critical care, a hospital-based rota is available:
7 days on / 7 days off
Days and nights (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am)
Night-only roles considered
Exposure to a varied emergency caseload
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000–£36,000 DOE
CPD allowance: £1,000 per year
Clear progression and development pathways

Holiday:
GP roles: 28 days including bank holidays
Hospital/ECC roles: 20 days plus TOIL for bank holidays
Additional annual leave accrued with service (up to 10 years)

Requirements
RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse
Confident, practical and patient-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
For Surrey roles: ability to drive between clinics
Must live within reasonable travel distance of allocated sites
