Our client is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their busy and well-established first opinion practice in North London on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload and play an integral role in delivering high standards of patient and client care. The team prides itself on its collaborative culture, strong working relationships, and commitment to supporting one another through both busy and rewarding days.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a shared weekend rota and occasional bank holiday cover. There are no on-call requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients
Assisting veterinary surgeons during consultations and surgical procedures
Maintaining accurate patient and hospitalisation records
Monitoring patient welfare and ensuring high standards of care
Preparing, cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining equipment
Managing stock levels and ordering consumables when required
Supporting the induction and training of new team members
Assisting with reception and client care duties as needed
Supporting and mentoring student veterinary nurses
This position would suit both experienced RVNs and newly qualified nurses looking to develop their skills within a supportive environment. Comprehensive support is available from experienced nursing colleagues, veterinary surgeons, and regional leadership teams.
Patients requiring advanced procedures or out-of-hours care have access to a dedicated referral and emergency service, allowing the practice team to focus on delivering excellent first-opinion care.
