    About This Role

    My client, a multiple award-winning small animal practice in Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing and supportive team. The practice is accredited under the Practice Standard Scheme, RCVS accredited, Silver Cat Friendly, and RWAF accredited.

     

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, well-established GP practice seeing a varied caseload of interesting medical and surgical cases, with a strong emphasis on high clinical standards and team wellbeing.

     

    The Role:

    • Full-time preferred, but flexible working considered

    • Shift patterns typically 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm

    • 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–5pm)

    • 20-minute consultations with built-in admin time, tea breaks, and protected lunch breaks

    • Last appointment at 6:30pm to support a healthy work-life balance

    • No out-of-hours


    You will be working alongside experienced practice owners, including a Vet GDP Advisor with a strong interest in soft tissue surgery and preventative medicine, and a highly experienced RVN with a passion for anaesthesia and preventative care. The team is further supported by an experienced Practice Manager (also a Mental Health First Aider), an additional Veterinary Surgeon, a skilled nursing team, a VCA, and a dedicated client care team.

     

    This role would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a broad range of GP skills, confident in sole charge, and a strong communicator and team player.
