Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Bridgend, South Wales Ref:SV0820

Looking for a senior vet role with a genuine four-day week and the opportunity to make a difference through clinical leadership and mentoring?

This could be a great fit for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys a varied GP caseload and supporting colleagues with complex cases.

The role:

• Permanent four-day week – four 8-hour shifts

• Salary of £60,000–£75,000, depending on experience

• Varied work including consulting, surgery, inpatient care and Cats Protection cases

• Second on call 1 in 4 weeks, usually providing telephone support from home

• 1 in 4 weekend mornings caring for hospital inpatients

• Mentoring and clinical guidance for developing vets

• Protected breaks and scheduled administration time
