My client is a friendly, well-established 100% small animal practice looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to their supportive and close-knit team. This permanent position can be full or part time (30–37 hours per week), with offering a great work-life balance with no out-of-hours or Bank Holidays. The salary on offer is up to £60,000 FTE (DOE).
The role would involve a mixture of consultations and surgical procedures, with occasional sole charge and the opportunity to follow your own cases through. The practice encourages clinical freedom while maintaining high standards of patient care and teamwork. There is also the opportunity to support and mentor veterinary students when they are on placement.
You would be joining a collaborative and welcoming team consisting of experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, reception staff and a dedicated Practice Manager. This position would suit a confident Veterinary Surgeon with solid general practice experience who enjoys a varied caseload and working as part of a friendly, team-focused practice.
