    Our client is looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and experienced team in West Sussex.     The Role

    You'll divide your time between two established branch practices, managing your own cases while having access to advanced hospital support whenever required.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing high-quality first-opinion consultations.

    • Performing routine surgical procedures.

    • Working up and managing your own medical cases.

    • Building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

    • Delivering exceptional patient care with continuity from consultation through treatment.

    • Participating in occasional sole charge.

    You'll be joining a welcoming practice with experienced colleagues, certificate holders across multiple disciplines and a strong culture of teamwork, mentorship and continuous learning.

    Working Pattern
