Our client, a proudly independent, multi-site small animal practice in Wiltshire, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet looking for flexibility, variety and career progression within an established independent practice. The successful candidate will be primarily based at one branch practice, with additional involvement across other branch locations and the hospital, offering a varied caseload and the opportunity to work within different clinical settings.
The role offers excellent flexibility, with full-time and part-time options available, including a four-day week if preferred. There are no out-of-hours commitments, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Primarily branch-based with involvement across multiple sites and the hospital
Opportunity to manage your own medical and surgical caseload in some settings
Access to a varied caseload across both first opinion and hospital environments
Work alongside certificate holders in areas including medicine, surgery, ophthalmology and diagnostic imaging
Access to advanced facilities, including CT imaging
No out-of-hours responsibilities
Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with solid first opinion experience
Confident in both medical and surgical cases
Excellent communication and client care skills
Passionate about delivering high clinical standards and exceptional client service
Team-focused with a positive and collaborative approach
Competitive salary of £45,000–£65,000 depending on experience
