About This Role

Our client is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly, independent practice in the North West on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking for genuine flexibility, a healthy work-life balance and the chance to develop their clinical interests within a supportive team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, our client is happy to tailor the role to suit the right candidate.

The Role

• Permanent position

• Full-time or part-time considered

• Flexible working pattern (2–4 days per week or longer days if preferred)

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00am–6:00pm

• No weekend requirements

• Salary up to £55,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

The Candidate

Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who has:

• Completed VetGDP

• 1–3 years' small animal practice experience

• Confidence consulting independently

• Confident with routine surgery

• A team-focused, compassionate approach to patient care

Please note: This role is not suitable for new graduates.
