My client is looking to welcome a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon into their friendly and well-established team.

My client is an RCVS-accredited, multi-site small animal practice providing high-quality first-opinion care. They are known for their strong team culture, commitment to excellent medicine, and focus on supporting their people.
The group consists of a main hospital and 2 branches.
Permanent, full-time position (part-time and flexible working considered)
Consulting-only role, ideal for vets who enjoy client interaction and clinical decision-making
Optional inclusion of routine procedures for those wishing to maintain surgical skills
No out-of-hours - dedicated OOH service provided
Salary £45,000 – £65,000, dependent on experience
The ideal candidate will ideally be VetGDP completed, confident in routine consultations, have strong communication and client care skills, be enthusiastic, team-oriented, and keen to continue learning and comfortable working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.
