Hospital settings:
West Sussex – Senior Vet / Clinical Director level experience required. Can be a GP Vet. They would consider 2–3 partners with differing skill sets. The site is currently a 3–4 Vet clinic with opportunity for growth. Onsite CT, dedicated night team and standard hospital equipment.
Nottingham – Senior Vet level experience required. Stable team and a well-run site. Would benefit from leadership experience but could also suit someone looking to step up in their career.
South East London – Newly refurbished practice with a stable team, dedicated night team and slightly smaller hospital setting. Would suit an experienced clinical Vet wanting to step up, or someone with previous Clinical Director experience.
Cheshire – Very large site consisting of a hospital plus two branches. Requires an experienced Clinical Director or a strong Surgeon.
Large branch settings:
Manchester – Practice is set up for high-standard GP work with opportunity for growth. Would suit an experienced Vet wanting to build a team clinically and focus on overall client experience.
Birmingham – Practice is due to be refurbished in the coming months. Would suit a competent GP Vet wanting to own their own clinic.
Cambridgeshire – Practice requires refurbishment, which would be funded by the client once a partner is secured. Significant growth opportunity.
South West London – Supported by a local hospital for OOH, CT and more advanced procedures.
Multi-site opportunities:
Nottingham – Multi consult rooms with three branches. Busy clinic with a healthy client base. Would suit a GP Vet with a strong client focus. Supported by a local hospital.
Lincolnshire – Large clinic with two consult-only branches, with potential to develop further. Would suit an experienced GP Vet.
West Sussex – Three branches, all with operating facilities. Requires a strong leader to oversee all sites, rebuild teams and develop veterinary services. Would suit an experienced Vet with leadership experience and a track record of developing junior colleagues. Strong financial growth potential.
West Yorkshire – Two branches set up for all-round GP work. Focus on client care and service. Supported by a local hospital.
South East London – Two branches offering a GP opportunity. Supported by a local hospital. Would suit a range of leadership experience levels.
Herefordshire – Large practice with a smaller consult-only branch. Would suit a Vet with a vision for future growth. Significant scope for development.
East Sussex – Three branches, consisting of two GP clinics and a smaller branch.
Surrey – Multi-vet site with good facilities, including one larger and one smaller branch. Supported by a hospital site.
North East London – Three branches, all with Lead Vets in place. The role would focus on supporting growth and helping the sites reach their full potential. Could suit a GP Vet or someone interested in a more operational role, particularly those with 5+ years’ multi-site experience.
Branch settings:
East Yorkshire – The site requires refurbishment, which would be covered by the client. Excellent scope for growth. Supported by a local hospital. Would suit a capable and ambitious Vet, with or without leadership experience.
Merseyside – Practice has been successful previously but has struggled in recent years. Ideal for a Vet wanting to rebuild and grow a clinic.
Shropshire – Smaller clinic, suited to someone looking for a lifestyle role.
North London – Great opportunity to rebuild a clinic following partner retirement. Would suit a clinically strong Vet. Supported by a hospital branch.
Hertfordshire – Small clinic with opportunity to expand and potentially relocate in the future if demand exceeds capacity. Could also remain as a profitable smaller site.
Surrey – Well-presented clinic with hospital support, good parking and strong growth potential. Would suit a competent Vet regardless of leadership experience.
North London – Stable clinic, close to a hospital branch. Would suit Vets at any stage due to strong support available.
Surrey – Busy practice that would suit a GP Vet looking for a community-focused role, with support from a local hospital.
