A well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in South Wales is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for a vet who values clinical freedom, and a strong focus on team wellbeing, while delivering excellent patient and client care.
The practice operates across multiple sites within the local area, with vets working on a shared rota that includes a mix of consulting, surgical and inpatient duties. The team prioritises continuity of care, keeping inpatients on site overnight with dedicated nursing care, while using a local out-of-hours provider for overnight calls.
Full-time, permanent position
Four-day working week (40 hours)
1 in 5 Saturday rota
No out-of-hours and no Bank Holiday working
20-minute consultations as standard
Dedicated admin time built into the working day
Clinical freedom encouraged, with support always available
You’ll be joining a large, collaborative team of Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses with a wide range of experience, including multiple certificate holders across both vets and RVNs.
