Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and vibrant team.
About Us
We are a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice with a strong focus on delivering excellent patient care while maintaining a supportive and welcoming working environment.
You will be joining an experienced and collaborative team, including Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager.
Our practice is well equipped to support a varied and interesting caseload, including:
Brand-new ultrasound equipment with four probes
Endoscopy facilities
In-house laboratory
X-ray facilities
Dedicated dental equipment
Modern clinical facilities to support high-quality patient care

About You
We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is confident working independently and managing their own caseload.
You will ideally have:
RCVS registration
Previous experience working as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK
Strong surgical skills; dentistry experience would be advantageous
Confidence working independently and managing your own cases
A genuine passion for small animal medicine and surgery
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
A commitment to continued professional development
A positive, supportive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys a varied caseload, wants to develop their clinical skills and values working within a supportive practice environment.
The Role
The position is ideally full-time, 40 hours per week including Saturdays.
There is no out-of-hours requirement, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance alongside a rewarding clinical role.

In return for your experience and commitment, we can offer:
£60,000–£80,000, depending on experience and full-time equivalent
