Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse Team Leader to join their supportive team in Huyton, Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership skills, while continuing to make a genuine difference to pets and their owners.
As Veterinary Nurse Team Leader, you’ll support the Head Nurse and help lead part of the nursing team, overseeing Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants across:
Theatre
Inpatient care
Consults
Pet wellbeing and preventative healthcare
You’ll help ensure the team runs smoothly day to day while maintaining high clinical and patient care standards.
You’ll also have the opportunity to coach and support colleagues, provide feedback, encourage development and deputise for the Head Nurse when required.
