Our client is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team in Chesterfield.

This is a role for someone who values good clinical care, teamwork and a genuine work-life balance. You’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor a new graduate working through their GDP.

The Role

• Full-time with genuine flexibility

• Part-time split and term-time contracts considered

• Salary from £65,000+ DOE

• 1 in 4 weekends

• No OOH

• 15-minute consultations as standard, with flexibility to take longer when needed

• Protected 1-hour lunch break

• Supportive and collaborative team environment

The Team

You’ll be joining a team supported by 3 experienced RVNs who fully utilise their Schedule 3 skills, alongside a strong support team.

The team prides itself on being collaborative and inclusive, with no unnecessary hierarchy, targets or corporate-style pressure.
