Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team in East Cornwall.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet looking for a varied medical and surgical caseload, a supportive working environment and a strong work-life balance. Flexible working arrangements are welcomed and can be discussed for the right candidate.
Full-time position with a 4.5-day working week
Flexible working options considered
Working hours of 8:30am–5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break
1 in 6 Saturday morning rota, moving to 1 in 7
Additional TOIL for Saturday work
No emergency on-call
In-patient care supported overnight by a dedicated night nurse
Working across the local branches, with flexibility around preferences
Varied medical and surgical caseload
Opportunities to develop clinical interests and pursue certificates
You’ll be joining a friendly and sociable team of vets, nurses and support staff who work collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
The team has access to a wide range of equipment and clinical expertise, including dental radiography, in-house cardiac and abdominal scanning and visiting orthopaedic support.
Clinical interests and further qualifications are actively encouraged, with generous CPD support and time available for development.
