    About This Role

Are you looking for a veterinary role where you can genuinely enjoy coming to work, be valued as an individual, and have the freedom to focus on providing excellent patient care?

My client, a well-established independent, family-owned practice in Essex, is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to their close-knit and supportive team.

Led by genuinely approachable and caring Directors, this practice has built a fantastic reputation for delivering high-quality care while maintaining a positive, collaborative working environment. Their team-first culture means every member of staff is valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive both professionally and personally.

    The Role

    • 3 days per week

    • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

    • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9:00am – 11:30am)

    • Independent practice

    • Supportive and experienced team

    • Excellent work-life balance

This opportunity would suit a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys building lasting client relationships, working to a high clinical standard, and being part of a practice where decisions are made with patients, clients, and the team at the heart of everything they do.

The practice offers a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop your interests, and work alongside staff who are passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
