Lacey’s client, an established charity veterinary hospital in Kent, is seeking a compassionate and capable Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who enjoys a varied medical and surgical caseload and is motivated by meaningful work that makes a genuine difference to pets and owners who rely on accessible veterinary care.
The successful candidate will manage a broad mix of cases, delivering high-quality, pragmatic treatment plans tailored to both patient welfare and client circumstances. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as teamwork and shared clinical discussion are central to the hospital’s ethos.

£45,750 – £60,112 DOE (incl. allowances)
