    About This Role

    Small Animal Practice in West London
    Salary up to £70,000 FTE DOE

    Lacey’s client, a well-established Small Animal practice in West London, who are looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their warm and friendly team for a part time role, working Saturdays and possibly some additional weekdays shifts.

    About the Practice

    The practice benefits from a varied caseload and a loyal, long-standing client base. The surgery is purpose built to high clinical standards and offers a bright, spacious and air-conditioned working environment.

    Facilities include; Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Separate dog, cat and exotic wards, In-house laboratory, Access to advanced procedures including cardiac ultrasound and complex surgeries via a certificate holder

    The successful candidate will join a stable and supportive team comprising 3 Vets, 4 RVNs, an SVN, a VCA and 5 Receptionists. The nursing team is highly experienced, actively involved in cases and trained to carry out Schedule 3 procedures.

    The practice owner, qualified since 2006, has developed the surgery significantly in recent years and is committed to maintaining high clinical standards alongside a positive working culture.

    The location offers excellent transport links, including direct access into Central London, proximity to major motorway networks and nearby green spaces.

    The Role

    This position is ideally suited to a confident GP Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable with routine consultations and surgery.

    • Ideally every Saturday (9am–6pm)

    • Potential for 1–2 additional days per week if desired

    • Flexible part-time options considered

    • Working alongside 1–2 other vets, with occasional sole charge

    The practice is keen to support individual clinical interests and professional development.

    Salary & Benefits

    • Salary up to £70,000 FTE DOE (dependent on experience and hours)

    • 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 5 weeks after 2 years
