Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice where you can develop your clinical skills and enjoy a positive team culture?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern small animal practice that combines high clinical standards with a welcoming working environment. You’ll have the facilities, caseload and clinical support to make the most of your existing experience, with plenty of opportunity to develop your interests through CPD and postgraduate qualifications.

The Role

You’ll be joining a passionate and ambitious team committed to delivering outstanding patient care and client service. The practice promotes a collaborative, blame-free culture where open feedback is encouraged and colleagues support one another.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of 3 RVNs, 4 VCAs and a Practice Administrator, allowing you to focus on providing excellent clinical care.

We’re looking for a well-rounded Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years’ experience who is confident in consultations, with 20-minute appointments. You’ll be compassionate, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to stress-free, fear-free handling and high standards of patient welfare.

What’s on offer?

• Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience and pro rata for part-time hours

• Four-day working week for full-time applicants

• Weekday hours: 8:45am–7:00pm

• One in four Saturdays, 8:45am–5:00pm
