Out-of-hours care for inpatients is provided onsite by a dedicated emergency provider, allowing continuity of care and the ability to retain complex and interesting cases in-house.

Daily inpatient rounds and case discussions are supported by a highly skilled nursing, care assistant and client care team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient and client care. They will be warm, compassionate, self-motivated and positive in their approach.
Applicants should have:
At least 1 year of post-qualification experience
Solid medical, imaging and surgical skills
Confidence working within a busy, well-equipped hospital setting
Shift patterns include a mix of early and late shifts, plus 1 in 8 weekends. All out-of-hours care is covered externally onsite.
Salary up to £61,000, dependent on experience
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave
RCVS and VDS fees paid
£2,000 annual CPD allowance plus extensive funded online CPD
