    About This Role

    Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their established and growing small animal practice in Warwickshire.

    The successful candidate will join a friendly and collaborative team of veterinary professionals, nurses, support staff, and management, all dedicated to creating a positive working environment and delivering exceptional care to patients and clients alike.

    The role is ideally full-time, with a rota incorporating shifts between 9:00am–5:00pm and 11:00am–7:00pm, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm). However, flexible and part-time working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

    The practice places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, offering 20-minute consultation slots, protected administration time, scheduled breaks, and a dedicated lunch period. There are no out-of-hours requirements.

    Applicants should be confident in a general practice setting, comfortable with occasional sole charge responsibilities, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
